		<description>Word.  Looks tasty.  I just made a 2 pound Tri Tip roast on the Grill tonight and sliced it super thin.  Couple that with 30 year old Balsamic Vinegar and greek olive oil w/ polignese bread and a simple salad.  Perfection.

Looks awesome Josh!  Way to pamper the wife.  :)
