Michelle, you're wonderful. I do think we need a food outing when you come home for a visit! And we are so open for wherever God leads us - Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Uganda, or someplace we've not even thought of yet. Maybe you can convince us over dinner! ;) And Indian food in Malaysia sounds delightful!

We recently traveled through Malaysia on our way to Indonesia and found the best little Indian restaurant! It was a hole in the wall but we fell in love with their Roti bread and ate there on our layover the way over and back :) Perhaps we could have a food outing with you and your husband while we're home?? We love food :) And we think that maybe you should consider coming to host teams in Cambodia.... :) Think about it....we're looking for new people! Have I mentioned that some parts are remote???

We used to have to drive down to 198th (Cafe India) for good Indian food - I'd never tried this place when they were the Taj Majestic. We're always excited to see Everett start to grow in the area of good ethnic food - it's much needed!

Grant and I had been waiting for Curry Bistro to open ever since the owners closed their former restaurant, the Taj Majestic, which was over by the Albertsons on 128th street. So I second your enthusiasm for the restaurant. It's great that Everett's only option for Indian food is a great one.
