Can Random Ingredients Lead to Brilliance?

Oh, my friends… If any of you know me well, you know I love - and I mean LOVE - Bitten’s blog at the NYTimes. I came across a post today that was too good to not share. Almost even more amusing are the comments at the bottom.

Now I’ve had my share of nasty cooking experiences, but I think this one even beats me out.
